We at Underworld would like to thank you all for coming to us to sell your technology. We have a lot of hungry tech horders in our alliance that will be glad to do business with you. Some will even make long term deals or if u just want to sell a couple of batches that is fine also. We will take whatever we can.

Underworld only asks that the sellers can be on time and efficient with there selling, keep communication with your sellers at all times and let them know of any problems that may arise with ur transactions so that other arrangements can be made. You can message your seller in-game or on the underworld forums whichever u see fit.

All tech sellers and Buyers must Follow all rules that are in place for this tech service.

Rules for Underworld Buyers:-

1. Keep communication and send a reminder in advance that seller has his schedule coming up, this way he has no excuse for not sending his tech to you or gives him the opportunity to let u know of any problems that may occur.

2. Accept the tech as soon as possible, to avoid holding up the sellers agenda on his selling tech as he may have other customers.

3. Ask seller if u want to repeat a deal or keep it ongoing before sending him any more money.

4. If seller has ran off with your money and has ignored your messages of reminders after 3 days of the set deadline then plz report it to our Lich King of Defense as military action will be taken to get the tech back by force.

5. Create a good rapport and friendship with your seller and help him with advise for his nation. And plz be polite and patient at the same time.

Rules for Foreign tech Sellers:-

1. Must make sure u have the sufficient tech funds in your nation before sending out the offer.

2. Communicate to your buyer if you cant send by the deadline for some reason plz let him know in advance so the buyer can try and work something out to compensate for the delay. In-game or forums is acceptable

3. You must send the tech on the required and agreed deadline whether it be 1 on 1 tech dealing or whatever. WARNING: if u are 3 days overdue without letting the seller know about why you are delayed you will be up for a long military attack untill we get our tech back and dont let the fact we only have big nations and the strength ranges make u safe we will get you. If u comply to rules 3 and 2 we will get along nicely

4. If u would like to repeat a deal also be free to ask the buyer in advance please, will make things so smoother and on time.

5. Dont hesitate to ask your buyer for any advise on how to better ur nation, try to get along and create a rapport and friendship. Also being polite and patient at the same time.
